Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Aris Sterodimas serves currently as the Head of the Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Metropolitan General Hospital in Athens, Greece. Dr. Sterodimas is a prominent plastic surgeon, educator, and author of scientific papers, textbooks, and teaching videos for plastic surgeons covering many topics including his top notch techniques in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery.
Dr. Sterodimas graduated from the Semmelweis University and pursued his residency in General Surgery in The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, in London, UK. He then performed research at Imperial College’s St Mary’s Hospital, in London, where he acquired his Master degree in Surgery. He did part of his training in Plastic.
Reconstructive Surgery in Bristol Royal Infirmary University Hospitals Bristol NHS, Radcliffe Infirmary Oxford University Hospitals NHS and the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Dr. Sterodimas then was accepted to continue his training in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Ivo Pitanguy Institute, an internationally leading center of modern aesthetic plastic surgery, under the guidance of the world famous Plastic Surgeon Professor Ivo Pitanguy. Dr. Sterodimas is a Board certified plastic surgeon after completing successfully the Greek National Board Examination.
Dr. Sterodimas has a vast amount of experience with cosmetic face, breast and body contouring procedures such as upper & lower blepharoplasty, face lifting, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, as well as liposuction and abdominoplasty.
Dr. Sterodimas is an internationally renowned teacher of aesthetic plastic surgery and has lectured extensively across the United States, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, China, Germany, England, France, Italy, Monaco, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, Kenya, Egypt.
He has performed live surgical procedures in countries including Brazil, Turkey, United Kingdom, France, South Korea, Thailand, Italy.
Dr. Sterodimas co-organizes the annual “Aestheticistanbul Symposium” in Istanbul, where some of the most prominent plastic surgeons perform 31 live surgeries over 3 days intense meeting joined by fellow plastic surgeons coming from 35 different countries.
Dr. Aris Sterodimas was presented with the ‘Golden Knife’ award and recognized to be among the top 5 plastic surgeons of the world for the year 2014 in Monte Carlo during a ceremony under the High Patronage of HRH Prince Albert II of Monaco. This honor came from his international peers who recognize his contribution to the specialty of plastic surgery.

The Symposium will be held between November 04-05-06, 2022 at Fairmont Quasar Hotel, Istanbul.
Language
Symposium Language will be English. No simultaneous translation will be available during the symposium.
Registration & Information
Registration and Information desk will be open between 07:30 – 18:00 hours during the symposium dates at the hotel.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance to the symposium will be given to all registered participants.
Photo & Video Shooting
No photo shooting & video shot should be allowed during the symposium. Liable of these actions will be sentence to turn off their record devices.
