Dear Colleagues, We are honored to cordially invite you to Aestheticstanbul 2018, to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, from 30th August to 2nd September, 2018..
Aestheticstanbul 2018 is one of a kind meeting in plastic surgery field where the participants will be able to experience a total of 31 live surgeries with direct access of simultaneous Q&A sessions with the operating surgeons. All surgical procedures will be conducted with a step-by-step examination and analysis of the operations. We pledge to provide the scientifically enthusiastic participants with the knowledge of most recent and succesful techniques. Based on the success of our previous events since 2011; we hereby are pleased to announce the organization as we have been very much looking forward to meeting the huge demand from our past delegates. We will provide simultaneous live coverage from 3 seperate operating theatres which will guarantee that the participants will not miss even a minute of the 10 live surgeries on daily basis.
We feel obliged to provide you with one of a kind meeting that will stimulate an environment of creative exchange of scientific ideas and an enjoyable social event program where you can meet the faculty and be a part of the Aesthetic Istanbul Meeting.

Cancellation Policy;
In case of booking cancellation, organization has the right to receive compensation of the unpaid cost in the following way:
In case of booking cancellation before 15 July 2018, the organization has the right to retain 25 % of the whole cost of the booking
In case of booking cancellation in between 16 July – 15 August 2018, the organization has the right to retain 50% of the whole cost of the booking
Any cancellations made after 15 August 2018 are not eligible for a refund and subject to 100% of the whole cost of the booking.

General Information
Currency and Exchange
The Turkish currency is Turkish Lira (TL). Foreign money can be exchanged at banks on business days (09.00 - 17.00 Monday-Friday) as well as in hotels, at the airport and in bureaux de change. All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops. Automated bank machines are available at many points throughout the city and at the airport.
Electricity
In Turkey the standard voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances in Turkey, if the standard voltage in your country is in between 220 - 240 V (as is in the UK, Europe, Australia and most of Asia and Africa). Manufacturers take these small deviations into account. If the standard voltage in your country is in the range of 100 V - 127 V (as is in the US, Canada and most South American countries), you need a voltage converter in Turkey.
Language
The official language of the conference is English. (Please be informed that there will not be simultaneous translation to any other languages)
Restaurants and Turkish Cuisine
There is a wide choice of restaurants in Istanbul offering a broad spectrum ranging from excellent national cuisine to first class international dishes. Traditional Turkish cuisine is famous for its specialties prepared with fresh vegetables. There are numerous quality restaurants as well as fast-food shops in the vicinity of the hotels reserved for this meeting.
Shopping
One of the most enjoyable parts of a trip to Turkey is shopping for the rich variety of Turkish crafts. Istanbul is a shopping paradise with its Covered Bazaar as well as modern malls. In the Covered Bazaar bargaining over the sale price with shop traders is expected.

Turkey is 3 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (+3 hrs GMT ).
Tipping
Although service charge (%10) is included in most restaurants, leaving a tip at one’s own discretion is appreciated
Visa
Participants are requested to check with the Turkish Consulate in their home country or with their travel agency or at www.mfa.gov.tr for visa requirements. Entry visa to Turkey can also be obtained at Istanbul Ataturk Airport for a vast number of countries.

Bosphorus Cruise Dinner
Dinner at the Boat on Bosphorus is one of the best ways to discover and enjoy the beautiful Istanbul in the night and also one of the best things to do in Istanbul.
One of the more popular and fantastic forms of entertainment on your Istanbul visit is the dinner on Boat. The cruise begins slightly to the east of the famous Galata Bridge and continues to Anadolu Kavagi which is the Bosphorus’ entrance to the Black Sea making numerous sightseeing stops along the strait.
The Boat follows a route that takes passes historical sites, including Ottoman palaces, and stunning bridges illuminated by night.
A four-course delicious Turkish dinner menu will be served during the dinner. Unforgettable moments with good music and shows will be waiting for you with the amazing atmosphere of Bosphorus.
Round-trip transfer for the dinner will be provided. The buses will depart from Fairmont Hotel at 19:30.
